Olives get stuck in the holder which is a bit annoying. Also, you really have to remove the stone after every operation, overall a decent enough gadget but not the most practical.

I love everything about this cherry pitter. It is very light to hold and sooooo easy to use! It pushes out each cherry stone smoothly and with no effort, leaving behind more of the cherry then I expected. Each cherry is left in perfect shape. Also the bright colour makes it very easy to spot in the cupboard.

I destoned 2kg of cherries, that's about 250 cherries. This pitter worked perfectly. I liked the way it didn't damage the cherries as I wanted them whole unlike my previous one that would split the fruit.

So easy to use. Sturdy. Had 7kg of myrobalan (very small plums) to de-stone and cook/freeze. Perfect gadget for this job. Recommend. Arrived no fuss. Perfect. Thanks.

Pots cherries very well in addition to being comfortable to use and easy to clean. Like the lock that makes for easy storage.

Bought these to stone damsons but the silicone part broke part way through. I suppose damsons are a bit more robust than cherries and olives, which they are advertised for, so if I want to stone damsons again I'll get something a bit stronger.

An item from Amazon that matches the description and actually works. First class item and easy to clean. Would I buy again or recommend ? Its a big fat YES.
