Easy to setup. Very stable when holding my 55 lb e-bike. I love how easy it is to attach and release the bike from the stand. And it's relatively compact with a small footprint. Very happy with this purchase.

Very sturdy, easy and fast to fasten in my bike and I love the quick release.

bought this b/c my husband bought and e-bike so needed an heavier-duty stand and I wanted one w 3 legs instead of 2 on my current stand. Unfortunately the packing lacked any packing materials and the stand box arrived with dents and holes in the box and scrapes on the stand. not sure if the stand is bent. disappointing.It's hard and awkward to adjust bike angle while it's clamped in. more awkward than my prior cheap and light weight stand or pro park tools stand to change bike angles while it's mounted. with a heavy bike (e-bike) it's hard to hoist the bike while loosening and re-orienting clamp angle. quick release for clamp is a nice feature.

I have always used Park Tools and will continue to do so. I bought this stand because I understood that it was considered by some to be more stable than the PRS-25. It is more stable for sure, especially with a 60+ pound e-bike hanging on it. It is not as compact as the Park. It seems much easier to fold than the Park. The grip is very easy to use and very effective and appears more positive than the PRS-25. Had I not learned of the Feedback Pro HD, I would still be pleased with the Park PRS-25. The Feedback is, IMO, simply an incremental improvement over the Park.

This arrived with a damaged box. Upon opening the item and inspecting there are multiple scratches on various different parts (see photos). There were some unfinished metal burrs that stabbed my finger. On first unfolding and usage, the clamp mechanism swung down and slammed in to the red tube denting it. Very poor quality control and needs better design. I expected more from the top-of-the-line stand. I'll be returning this immediately.

Never had a bike stand before and decided to go with what appeared to me to be a very high quality choice. No disappointments with this stand. Ease of set up, rock solid stability and the ability to put the bike in any position make this an outstanding choice. Well worth the investment if you want to upgrade over less expensive options.

You get what you pay for. This is the best of them all, probably the most expensive too. Totally worth it. Heavy duty. Solid.

I’m the guy that likes to buy things one time, I never leave reviews but this time I had to. This bike stands build quality is out of this world. Way more than I actually need. It is extremely easy to use and very well built. For those of you using Park Tool. I promise this is 10x better.

La pinza di serraggio è comoda e stabile, il tubo telescopico adeguato per altezza e flessione, il trepiede è stabilissimo. Richiuso occupa pochissimo spazio e si apre in un istante. La vera sfida è sollevare una bici da 30kg con un braccio mentre la mano dell’altro serra la morsa. Io ho rimediato costruendo un sollevatore a fune con doppia carrucola di rinvio, che dimezza la forza necessaria.
