Delicious! I am very picky about my Chai. I love the taste it’s more authentic tasting and exactly what I was looking for. It pairs well with white mocha :) only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t come with nutrition facts.

Strange aftertaste
The syrup I received tastes like cough medicine with a strange chemical aftertaste. I definitely will not purchase this again. It’s going in the trash.

Conflicted
I bought this item because I thought it would be a concentrate that I could make chai tea with for my mom. It doesn’t appear to be so. The flavor is probably more authentic than I’m used to as well. I didn’t want to give this a bad review just because my expectation was my own construction. I’m sure that this is a wonderful product when used for its correct purpose and for someone whose tastes are more sophisticated than mine.
