The media could not be loaded. So amazing, lightweight- can even use for mobile appointments - did take a little min to warm up (15 min) but manageable with massage! My first one had a minor malfunction and a NEW one was sent right away!Love the hassle free return process/ now I will box up the one to return. Happy LMT :)

Bought worked for about 4 weeks then became useless used to keep barber towels hot. Do not waist money

This hot towel warmer is great! I use it for hot towels for my massage clients. They are 16' x 27' and fit nicely inside when folded in half and rolled. The warmer heats the towels quickly, and keeps them at a consistently perfect temperature all day. The inner rack is removable for easy cleaning, a set of tongs to grasp the towels, and the plug is detachable for storage. It also comes with a detachable drip tray to catch any condensation from the wet towels, which was an unexpected bonus feature. I read mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot. With its sleek black exterior and compact yet roomy design, it is a perfect warmer for a massage studio.

This is exactly what I needed in my treatment room, the only warning I have is do not forget to turn it off! It heats up quickly and is compact but hold a good amount of towels! Good size capacity too!

I turned on the towel warmer then suddenly the on/off button started evaporating with disgusting/Toxic smell coming out of it. Amazon support team assisted with a refund.DONT RECOMMEND!!!

I have bought it and been use for couple week. And then stop working for no reason.
