not mauve-y to me..
i have pale, cool skinthe actual formula is great and buttery, so easy to put on. it took some scrubbing with micellar water to get the swatch off my hand, so there is some staying power.the color is more like a pinky-coral to me, not a pinky mauve. i think of cool tones when i think of mauve, but this seems more warm/neutral to me? its a pretty color tho, just not what i was expecting. sadly i don't have a use for it. take this with a grain of salt.theres no scent which is great, you can sharpen this with a pencil sharpener, the casing seems more plastic-y, not wood.5 stars cuz its a good product, but the colors shown aren't accurate to what i have photos of.

It sharpens! Second review…
I love this color! It goes on so easily and looks beautiful. How do you sharpen it?I you tubed it to find out! For those of you wondering why it doesn’t turn up or how do you sharpen it? It doesn’t twist up. Use a very sharp make up sharpener to sharpen the plastic. It works.

The worst lip pencil ever!
I don't know if I received an old dried out pencil or not. It broke every couple of times I tried to use it. I would then sharpen it and the crayon would fall out of the pencil. This happened numerous times. I finally threw it away. I have never tried NYX products and based on this experience, I never will again.

This is not a twist up Pencil!!!
This product is OK although it does seem like it’s a twist up pencil but it’s not. This pencil can be sharpened with a standard pencil sharpener. But the tip does break easy, so beware of that. It’s creamy and does seem to last quite a while

It's okay.. Not worth five dollars.
Nice color. It didn't twist up and I couldn't sharpen it either. When I broke the pencil to see if there was more product there wasn't very much even in the pencil. Not worth it.
