Nice
A little wobbly because of the height but durable. Works great. The height allows me to easily fill my giant water bottles. Glad I bought the taller stand.

It works
This wasn't hard to install. I have a ceramic container for my water system. I filled the container up with 3 gallons of water. Now I don't have to guess how much water remains. Nor to over fill . . I love it

Excellent quality!
Purchased a Berkey for my mother for Christmas but they were out of stock the viewable spigot, I purchased this item and it works great and looks great! Just as good and comfortable to my Berkey viewable spigot! Great quality! My mother loves it! I highly recommend!

Easy assembly, slow faucet
Easy to assemble but water comes out fairly slowly. Also, it is good to know the ball goes down nearly to the bottom when faucet is on.

Poorly engineered and flimsy application/that LEAKS through its vent hole!
The media could not be loaded. This is a great ideal for a Berkey water filtration system. If you own one, you know that Berkey has fell short of providing a way to know what your water level is, in the lower chamber.I suggested many years ago to Berkey, that they provide a way to know how much drinkable water was on hand, and just learned that Amazon has obtained this sight glass system for the Berkey. In the photos, notice the angle of the slight glass and how it changes. I did not want to go to far with the movements, my lower chamber is full.Because Amazon reviews only allow one (1) video per review, I had to submit what I felt was more important for this review. However, as this sight glass fits perfectly, it is quite unstable, and continued use, especially by kids, it’s going to end up (taking a nap) laying on its side and (wetting the bed) leaking. All that needs to be included, is a way to secure it at its TOP to the Berkey tank, maybe a deadman’s block (under the head) that can be double sided taped to the Berkey and provide a place for the sight glass to rest/secured too.We don’t have any kids in the house, all grown, but the grandkids, well, be watchful, or as mentioned earlier, your sight glass will eventually end up taking a nap. When this happens, it will compromise its ability to maintain a seal, due to the need to rotate it back to a natural position, thus, having to purge your filtered water to change out the seals after they have been damaged.I’m telling you, it is a flimsy setup that requires care to use! Also, the engineers need to take another class on fluid dynamics and their ability to escape a container. There is a hole, in the top of the cap at the very top of the sight glass. During my leak testing after installation, I learned that there is a major design flaw.As I filled my lower chamber, testing for leaks, after installing the sight glass, it was evident that the little ball in the sight glasses tube, I believe, was to rise up and stop water from escaping the sight glass, but due to pressure differential/constant fluctuations, it failed to properly seal, and there is NO seat for the sight glass ball to rest in, thus no way for it to provide a positive seal, and therefore, water escapes under pressure when the lower chamber fills. This happens because Berkey hasn’t considered, or just don’t care about providing effective engineering for or to, resolve this issue! The water will find its way out of that little hole! However, this imperfect engineering is there to allow the tube to vent when there is a demand for water to flow through the attached spigot. Nonetheless, when water is being filtered, if you don’t know exactly how much is left in the upper chamber, prepare to have your counter covered in “sight glass filtered” water. This could be a safety hazard with many implications as well! A simple “check valve” would have solved this problem for Berkey!Nonetheless, I have ordered some parts to mitigate this problem and after I receive them, and install and test my resolutions for these problems, I will post another review, good luck!
