Works well - replaced one that has not worked for several years.
I noticed a hot spot in my Genesis grill which is unusual. After i took off the grill and flavorizer bars I saw that one of the burner tubes had deteriorated enough to create a long hole.While inspecting the grill I also noticed the flavorizer bars were also starting to disintegrate so I replaced those at the same time.While I was at it I ordered this ignitor as I figured that would make this into a good rebuild project - and I got tired of using the long lighter tool to light the BBQ.I was able to find all of the parts on Amazon and they all worked well and are a lot less than the Weber branded parts.This is for a grill made in 2008 so it had a good long run and hoping to get many more years with the new parts!The install confused me a bit, not sure why, maybe just me, but in the end it is all good!
