I have got this Vemico action camera at this week,this is a superb little camera for taking on those trips where you wouldn't want to take your expensive smart phone or digital camera, it's ideal for capturing HD footage of extreme sports such as snowboarding, mountain biking, snorkeling or diving (to a depth of 40mtrs).There are too many to mention everything but I was impressed with the external battery charger with 2 x batteries,the extra battery is 1050mAh.Before you can use the camera you need to charge the battery and install a Micro USB card (not included), this means removing the camera from it's waterproof housing. I have a feeling that some people may difficulty in doing this as it's not obvious, but it really isn't that difficult and there is no need to remove any screws or anything like that, just do the following.1) Stand the housing on a flat surface with camera lens facing you, with the plastic mount screw is located to your left.2) On the top of the housing there is a black clasp which secures the housing when closed. Place your finger under the hinge (located above the lens) and push/pull it up, this will release the clasp allowing you at access the camera inside, simple.I have taken some photo's which I hope will show how the housing is secured.Once the camera has been removed from the housing you need to install the battery and the charge it via USB, charge it to 100% then fit the Micro SD card, the slot is located next to the Micro USB port. You may find that your SD card needs to be formatted, a message will display on the screen asking if you want to format the card, simply select "yes".The Video quality and still image quality can be adjusted in the Settings. For Video you can select from the following resolutions: 4K (30fps), 2.7K (30fps), 1080P (60fps), 1080P (30fps), 720P (90fps), 720P (60fps) and 720P (30fps). Please note that if you want to shoot at 60fps or higher you must install a class 10 Micro SD card. For Still images you can choose from 2MP, 5MP, 8MP, 12MP and 16MP I must say the choice is pretty impressive, as are the fine tuning options for both video and still images. There are lots settings that you can play with, I suggest playing around with the settings and experimenting until you find what suits you best. I also love the extra large 2" screen, it's a big improvement on a lot of camera's that have a smaller 1.5" display.I found the image quality to be excellent for a camera of this price, being able to record in 4K and 1080P at 60fps is fantastic, especially if you want to post your handy work on YouTube. In low light the camera struggled a bit, the images can become quite grainy but in normal to bright conditions both video and still images were excellent, 1080P video in 60fps is very smooth indeed. Also, the 170° wide angle lens gives you a much wider field of view, in comparison a regular 35mm camera only has a 63° viewing angle. I was unable to view footage at 4K as I do not currently own a 4K TV.Setting up the camera can be a little long winded, there are lots of menus and options to go through and you and once move on to the next menu i.e. video to photo you can't go back, you have to go through the cycle again. If you install the "XDV" app you are able to change some of the most useful settings via your phone, however you can only do this when you are connected to WiFi. Once connected to WiFi you can also shoot video & still photos remotely via your smartphone, you can also access and view recorded video and photos which are stored on your camera, it's brilliant.The camera as has another feature that I want to tell you about. The Action Cam can be used as a Dash Cam, by selecting "Driving Mode" in the settings and connecting it via USB to an 12V USB adapter, the camera will begin recording when the car is started, or if you are unfortunate enough to be involved in a crash the camera will turn on an begin recording automatically, very cleaver.Overall the Vemico action camera is a superb little camera. The waterproof housing along with the pile of bundled accessories makes it good value for money, the image quality in both video & photo mode is excellent and the range of settings and customisation options is pretty impressive also.

As the headline says - you get what you pay for. Paying under £40 for any digital camera will mean you photo/video quality will be nowhere near as good as a modern phone (iPhone 5+, etc...) but this camera is decent. It's not as bad as i thought it would be. Video recording is smooth. Images are good.Of course it says you can take 16MP pictures, and 4K videos.. blah blah blah. Just remember, those numbers do not equal to crisp cinematic movie quality. It's merely the size of the image or video. So a great tip is to not take the photo/video at maximum resolution. Go for 1080p, its decent, and also a smaller image resolution.Auto focus on it is decent. Not the very best in low light conditions. But it can take some spectacular images of sceneries.I'll add some photos from this weekend when i go out with it. I expect good things to come out of it.The charger uses the mini usb thats popular with mobile phones and devices which is very handy because you can charge it in your car!I rate it 4/5 stars.If you can afford to spend £20+ more on any action camera, then go for it. But if you have a budget, go for this because its a lovely little thing.

still testing it out .. Great for 4k vids not as good as my IsawProIII on timelapseyou cant change the wide angle focus like on the Isawits very light comes with all its own clips and mountswont interchange with Gopro or Isaw thoits good value for the money not sure about the standard clip mount- feels flimsywill report back more as I play more

This product was a chance as the price is so good compared to other brands of action cameras available,when the camera arrived after 3 days of waiting I was surprised on the quality of the box itself and the way it was peresented. It also came with a case and various mounts for motorcycle to mountain bike bar or helmet mounts for the action cam. Included also is some 3m double sided tape and 2 batteries, the battery life is great and will last long enough for a day out switching between the 2.The quality of the camera is not what I expected for the price the quality is on par with the go pro hero 4 and is under 10 times the price. I would definitely rate this product 5 stars as it is a all round perfect product and will be buying more for the future

I had quite a few issues with this camera and the associated software.I do have a bit of experience taking photos with a digital SLR and while not expecting this camera to be a comparison, I know a crappy photo when I see one. The stills I took are very grainy, looks like they are over sharpened and the supposed 4k video stutters on playback, so its not watchable. The lower resolution videos did not stutter, however some were ok and other were poor quality, I do not know why and no longer care!The software continually crashes and was way too much pain to ever want to use on a regular basis.I don't understand the very positive reviews on this. It's going to be returned by me!

I have bought this months ago but never got the chance to use it. I have opened the box yesterday. It is already inside the waterproof case. The locking system is not working on the one i have so i am unable.to use the camera... Waste of money

Excellent product for the price. If you cannnot afford or want a cheaper version of a gopro then this is ideal. Well packaged , arrived quickly and works exactly as it should.

Für Aufnahmen im Urlaub am Strand und im Wasser und auch vor allem beim Motorradfahren habe ich mir schon etwas länger eine günstige Action Cam. Um Beim Motorradfahren aber nicht nur Aufnahmen aus einem Winkel bzw einem Motorrad zu haben, habe ich jetzt nach einer zweiten Cam gesucht und dabei die von Vemico ausprobiert.Die günstigen Action Cams im Gopro Format sind alle relativ ähnlich aufgebaut und wenn man bei einer die Bedienung verinnerlicht hat, ist es bei den anderen auch nicht mehr schwer. Grade beim Motorradfahren sollte man die Bedienung der Cams relativ gut beherrschen wenn man auch während der Fahrt die Aufnahme starten oder anhalten will.Die Cam von Vemico kommt mit einer Riesenmenge an Zubehör, das vor allem dazu dient die Kamera an jeder nur erdenklichen Position zu fixieren. Ich benutze vor allem die Klebehalterung und die Halterung für den Lenker.Sehr nützlich ist natürlich auch das mitgelieferte wasserdichte Case. So braucht man sich keine Sorgen machen, ob die Kamera Unterwasseraufnahmen oder Regenschauer übersteht.Die Qualität der Aufnahmen ist insgesamt OK und sieht vor allem bei guten Lichtverhältnissen sehr gut aus. Qualität wie aus dem Fernsehen oder großen Youtube Kanälen sollte man nicht erwarten, denn dafür ist der Sensor ziemlich klein. Auch mit der vielfach teureren Gopro sollte die Action Cam nur vorsichtig verglichen werden. Wenn man jedoch die Preisdifferenz mit in Betracht zieht, braucht sich die Cam von Vemico nicht vor anderen Action Cams verstecken.Insgesamt ist die Cam von Vemico eine super Action Cam für Einsteiger, die noch nicht recht wissen wie oft sie die Kamera verwenden und deswegen nicht so viel dafür ausgeben wollen (Momentan so ziemliche die günstigste Action Cam auf amazon die 4K beherrscht).P.S. Viele Einsteiger (wie fast auch ich) machen den Fehler und kaufen gleich eine teure Action Cam um das bestmögliche Gerät zu haben, benutzen sie dann ein oder zwei mal und dann liegt sie nur noch im Schrank. Warum dann nicht also eine günstige Alternative kaufen und erst einmal sehen, ob man die Cam wirklich so häufig einsetzt wie gedacht.

Ab ca. 25 FPS erscheint ein Bildablauf flüssig. Sind die Bewegungsabläufe aber schnell bzw. sehr schnell, werden auch hohe FPS Zahlen benötigt, also mindestens 60FPS oder mehr. Ganz besonders, wenn man „Slow Motion“ Aufnahmen machen möchte. Kann man sich dann selber ausrechnen. Bei 60FPS kann man den Film dreifach langsamer abspielen (darf nicht unter 20FPS fallen). Desto mehr man verlangsamen will, desto höher muss die FPS-Zahl liegen.Die Auflösung wird in Pixel angegeben. Generell gilt, je größer später das Video/Foto ausgegeben werden soll, je mehr Pixel werden benötigt. Es steigt aber auch gleichzeitig die zu speichernde und zu bearbeitende Datenmenge enorm an. Daher ist bei hohen Auflösungen die Framerate kleiner als bei niedrigen Auflösungen.Auch wichtig ist, on Ton aufgenommen werden soll oder nicht.Sehr interessant ist die Möglichkeit der Bewegungserkennung. Somit kann man einen Bereich überwachen und die Kamera zeichnet nur dann etwas auf, sobald eine Bewegung erkannt wird. So hat man nicht endlos lange Videosequenzen wo vielleicht gar nichts drauf ist, die man dann wegschneiden muss. Oder aber man nutzt es zur Überwachung, wer z.B. immer den Kühlschrank plündert.Foto:Kann man ebenfalls die Auflösung auswählen. Zudem der Tag und die Uhrzeit.Läuft eine Aufnahme, dann blinkt links die blaue Status LED und unten im Bildschirm ein roter Punkt. Rechts davon wird die aufgezeichnete Zeit angezeigt.Wer will kann die dazu gehörige App nutzen. Den QR Code findet man im Handbuch. Die App heißt „XDV“. Diese installieren. Den WLAN-Bildschirm an der Kamera aufrufen (rechts an der Seite die obere Taste gedrückt halten), dann das Handy oder das Tablet mit dem Netzwerk „Vemico“ verbinden. Das Passwort lautet „1234567890“. Dann die App starten. Danach sieht man das aktuelle Live-Bild über die Kamera und kann nun Aufnahmen machen oder sich vorhandene Videos ansehen.Zur Bearbeitung am PC ist es nicht notwendig, die micro SD Karte zu entnehmen. Man kann das Ladekabel am Micro-USB Anschluss anschließen und den USB Stecker am PC. Dann wird die Kamera als USB Laufwerk erkannt und man kann die Dateien überspielen.+ Fazit:Die Kamera gefällt durch das große Zubehör und einen verhältnismäßig niedrigen Preis von nur etwas über 40€. Die Kamera selbst ist ordentlich verarbeitet, allerdings geht das Batteriefach nur sehr schwer und nur mit Hilfsmitteln zu öffnen.Ansonsten stehen sehr viele Einstellmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Somit kann man die Kamera auf den gewünschten Nutzungsumfang anpassen. Meine verwendeten micro-SD Karten wurden ohne Probleme erkannt.Die Bedienung der Kamera ist, nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit, einfach.Die dazugehörige App ist simpel und funktioniert auch gut am iPad. Allerdings ist die Datenübertragung wohl recht langsam, denn bei 4K Videos muss oft nachgeladen werden und das Video stoppt in dieser Zeit.Bei Aufnahmen in 4K ruckelt der Bildschirm etwas. Mag an den verwendeten SD Karten liegen. Allerdings war es schon eine Class 10 Karte (ASIN B00J29BR3Y). Die Aufnahmen sind manchmal auch etwas körnig.Wichtig: Vor der Linse ist noch eine kleine Folie, welche man vor Gebrauch abziehen muss. Wenn die noch dran ist, erhält man Bilder und Videos wie aus der Steinzeit. Eventuell lag es ja bei einigen anderen Nutzern daran ;-)Was gefällt mir gut:- gut verarbeitet- reichhaltiges Zubehör- gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis- ordentliche Bildqualität- sehr hoher Auflösung (4k) möglich- gute Fotoqualität- mit BewegungserkennungWas gefällt mir nicht so gut:- Akkufach lässt sich sehr schwer öffnen- bei 4k Auflösung ruckelt das Bild- Bedienungsanleitung zwar auf Deutsch, jedoch mangelhaft übersetzt

Non mi dilungo sulla descrizione della videocamera come hanno già fatto in tanti e molto bene. Nemmeno condivido le critiche di chi ne parla male e per un semplice motivo: che scheda micro SD avete usato? Inutile fare paragoni se non vengono usate le stesse unità di misura... per farla breve. Dopo aver tanto cercato e aver letto decine e decine di recensioni su vari modelli economici, l'occhio mi è caduto su questa Vemico.I 4K non sono reali ma interpolati, evabbè... ma i 30 fps sono veri. La sto ancora testando ma la fluidità nella registrazione a 4K è buona e (incredibile!) non scattosa e immaginate quella in hd a 60 fps! Tutto merito, ne sono convinto, oltre che della telecamera, anche della scheda micro SD che ho scelto: una Samsung Evo Plus da 32 gb. Normalmente il collo di bottiglia è proprio la scheda sd: dev'essere molto veloce e di qualità!Che vi lamentate a fare per i video scattosi ao a bassa risoluzione se avete installato una cinesata da quattro soldi? Non tutte le schede micro SD vanno bene, molte sono lente. Meglio optare per una SD di qualità certificata e veloce, magari pensata proprio per le action cam.Che dire: video ottimi e fluidi, buoni i colori, audio quello che è... ma io ci faccio riprese sub e quindi chi se ne importa 😊. Credo che funzioni bene grazie alla scheda SD che ho installato. Per quella i soldi, spendeteceli!Aggiornamento: con una carica di batteria ha funzionato 97 minuti (mica male!), spezzettando le clip in 18 minuti ciascuna. Pur non avendo uno stabilizzatore d'immagine, le riprese non fanno venire la nausea.Se riesco, pubblicherò una dimostrazione (giro in moto). Non saranno riprese da documentario sulla savana, ma per amatori è un acquisto decisamente azzeccato. Le stelle sono 5 non come valutazione in assoluto, ma per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Super caméra, avec beaucoup d'accessoires, niveau qualité des vidéos y a certainement mieux mais à quel prix, pour moi elle fait le boulot et c'est le top !!J'ai mis une carte 64 et ça passe
