Good looking and solid
I love this top changing robe or whatever it’s called. When you order , Consider getting a size larger if you want to slip your hands into the robe easily. I am 5 foot 11 200 pounds. And with the large size of this I can barely get my hands in, so if this is important to you I’d get a size larger than you would normally wear.

Very nice quality rain coat, not so great as a poncho
This is a great high quality raincoat with nice large zippered pockets. It has a deep hood that will protect your entire head from getting wet in the rain and will not likely blow off in the wind. The material has a nice thick feel to it and the lining is soft without adding bulk. I have no doubt this coat will provide 100% protection from getting wet even in stormy or windy weather, which by the way, a poncho would not likely be able to do. What perplexes me is the description and recommended use. A poncho would suggest to me a flat piece of fabric with a hole in the middle to insert your head. The only way I could accomplish a clothes change underneath this poncho was by completely unzipping it, taking my arms out of the sleeves, letting the hood hang from my head and turning away from public view. This did in fact provide a decent amount of privacy from behind but I only tried it because it was suggested I could. Since I can't imagine ever needing this item for such a thing, it is perfect for what I intend to use it for. That is, a nice looking raincoat that gets me from one place to another with my hair and clothes completely dry and unaffected by the weather. If you are looking for a poncho and have a very slim build I would rate it a 3, maybe 4 if the arm holes were bigger. If you are looking for a raincoat it is a solid 5.

Nice coat for wet activities
We use swim parkas quite a bit in our house. We have 2 competitive swimmers and I love using these after scuba diving. I think this is a nice option for a swim parka, but I'm not sold on the short sleeves or the seem in the middle on the backside. If you are expecting something like a speedo type of swim parka, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you are ok with something that is lower cost and not having a super soft inside lining, then this will fit the bill. I will be bringing this one on my liveaboard dive trips as an extra. After getting out of cold water, this will definitely help shield any rain or wind plus give you a little extra warmth.

Fantastic quality, soft material and great coverage
Covering up enough to change out of a wetsuit or even just walk from the shore to wherever it is you’re going next can be a challenge. No one wants to trek back to a faraway campsite on a hot day wearing a tight, soggy wetsuit, but you also can’t always just change right in front of everyone. This poncho makes it easy. If you’re in a swimsuit instead, it’ll keep you warm until you can get to dry clothes, or shield you from prying eyes while you change. I really love the dive flag badge on it as well, especially because you can remove it if your water sport for the day is not going to be scuba diving. All around a great garment for anyone who likes to be in or on the lake, river, ocean or swimming pool.

Short Sleeved Surf Poncho
Totally loving this lighter weight short sleeved surf poncho. It has lots of room, but isn’t so big that it looks funny. I can layer all my gear under it for paddling which is important. It is long enough on me that it goes about 3/4 of the way to my feet, so it offers lots of protection from the wind. It has a wind breaking outside finish that is water proof and a fuzzy fleece liner. The poncho itself is fairly light weight despite being very warm. It folds up nicely and fits into a back pack. The zippered pockets are nice and deep and hold a small towel, gloves, phone etc, and will keep them sand free and dry. I like the shorter 3/4 sleeves too because it allows me the use of my hands without long sleeves getting in the way, which is especially helpful if I am having to help move equipment or gear. The jacket comes with a velcro “dive” symbol patch on the arm that looks cool ( I do not dive) but is a little awkward because it the patch is larger than the velcro tab its on so it hangs over a little. I worry about it catching on something in my bag, I have removed it. Maybe I will find another type of patch to replace it with. Overall five stars for this great poncho.

It works, but it's kind of strange
If you are looking for a short sleeve raincoat, this is your item. Or I guess if you are looking for something to change your clothes under, although I didn't test that part.I was fortunate enough to receive this the day before the remnants of a tropical storm came through, so when the storm came, I waited until the rain and wind were at their heaviest, and went out. The temperature was about 60.It has a nice coating on it that makes the water not stick or soak it at all. I've had other rain gear that are completely soaked through after going in the rain, but this was practically dry the minute I got in the house. I was able to put it right on the coat rack without worry about it soaking other items. The short sleeves are super strange -- not sure why they aren't full sleeves. My forearms got soaked but the rest of me remained pretty dry. The other somewhat strange thing is how low the zipper starts -- right above the knee. I literally had to lean over to zip up, which was a new experience. My son is in the photo. He is 6'2" and the jacket is an XL. The other photo is to try and show the soft material on the inside. It is very comfy. If you are okay with the short sleeves, I'd recommend this.
