I have an umbilical hernia and have not been able to find anything appropriate to give the hernia support that I need. This product fits the bill in ALL cases: all Velcro "continuous" reaching and connectivity, 3 inches wide is perfect for my needs, material strong but not TOO strong - just right. I had abdominal surgery and was at risk of a hernia developing so bought this to try and provide more support. I live in a hot climate so wanted something less massive than the post surgery binder I was sent home with, but this was just terrible.It's very very itchy. Uncomfortable and not at all enjoyable to wear.I preferred the big binder I got from the hospital to this thing.I should have returned it but was too lazy.Icky product.

I have EDS and my SI joints *were* giving me problems and a terrible amount of pain, but this belt has saved the day and pain is gone! Seriously, with the pandemic I was not happy to have to go to my specialist(plus no appts until March!). This has relieved pain and fears.I wear it low on my hips - right where trunk meets legs - and it stabilizes my SI joints completely! I was unable to walk for a week until I ordered this and only 14hrs into wearing it I was up moving.I can do my home improvement projects, bend forward, and sleep without the joints dislocating. I wear it 24hrs a day - except showering.Be sure and put it on top of your shirt bc the Velcro is powerful, so it hurts if it touches skin. Thick and very strong, adjustable bracing.

I have a hernia and need this product in order to function during the day. The fit was perfect and the mesh style kept it cool. I ordered two and I am very happy with them. I would recommend this product to anyone with the same problem.

I'm 195 and pregnant this helps my hips but not for belly support. It may be really helpful after the baby is here. It helps !my si joint issues decent though I find it has more stretch than my si belt does. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and it's not strong enough to keep my joints in place. For a normal pregnancy with discomfort this would be very helpful. Especially for moderate pelvic pain relief for.

I purchased this to help relieve back and SI joint pain during pregnancy. Having the under-belly support helped correct my posture and keep the pain to a minimum. This is great for when walking or longer periods of standing. When I sit down I take it off, as it digs into my belly otherwise. I like how easy it is to take off and on. It's very easy to adjust to be more or less tight. As a bonus, this also helps stabilize my belly when walking and hiking so it feels more supported and I feel like it's helping keep my back and pelvis in correct position, which will minimize pain as the pregnancy progresses.

It did help relieve some of the pelvic pain but the back kept sliding up my back.

Fits and works well. Helps against Umbilical hernia pain.... I'm pregnant and have an umbilical hernia. Yayyeee me lolI ordered another belt first but it was to wide. This one is the perfect width.It doesnt show under my clothes to much neither. it won't roll up and it works well.

Bought it with the extender as I’m a larger bodied woman but it just folds over if you try and sit in it and it’s a bit rough against the skin in my opinion. Also, I’d hoped it would help to lift up my belly after my c section but it just squashes it down, making the “apron” worse.

Quite right considering I had the larger size and I'm not as big as the measurements given! Can certainly feel the secure ness of the belt though, a little frustrating to have to unvelcro every time you sit down as incredibly uncomfortable but definitely has some stability to the hip/pelvis and back area. Great for people with spd or pgp if your pain is in the pelvic area.

I bought this belt to assist with small leaking when coughing or jumping - I am an older mum - unfortunately with time all sort of things go south. No more leaking after 3 weeks. I wear it on hips

Hoped this would help after my c section. I am size 24 and although it does fit round me it was no use as it is to narrow to support properly. Needs to be much wider to cover a larger stomach area. I can see it would be good for someone without a tummy overhang though.

I’m not using it as a pregnancy belt I’m using it for lower stomach compression & it was just what I was looking for. It does the job & is comfortable
