Beats the Bee Stings and Bug Bites
It is a tiny bottle of lidocaine spray. I ain't putting it my junk because...But it is a numbing agent and can be used as such. Bug bites and bee stings can be eased with a simple misting. I would suggest not applying this to areas of general privacy.

Too Many Red Flags for Me
The media could not be loaded. So, before using this: especially on a sensitive area, I wanted to have some degree of the safety of the product. The product includes the typical “safe and effective” and “clinically tested” claims and they give you a code to scan for alleged authenticity, which brought me to a site with the claim that it was “the only FDA compliant delay spray with a 13% Lidocaine USP concentration.”There was nothing more there that convinced me that it was legit, I mean: anyone can slap a QR code on the outside of a box. And I was surprised it didn’t really say anything beyond that it’s a genuine product. In fact, the link appears to have no special characteristics at all, as when I inspect it with my AR code scanner, it only contains a generic URL with no special identifiers unique to that label so I that isn’t really much of a verification for me.But, ok, I decided to check out the NDC code listed in the product listing since at least they are providing it before purchase.Although it’s listed in the FDA’s NDC directory through 2025, it’s important to understand that it is not FDA-approved.I see that a prior listing (before 2020) has it tied to an old OTC monograph (Part 348 for topical anesthetics), but now, it no longer has an official monograph assignment — it now shows “N/A” in the FDA system, with the category “unapproved drug other.”So it’s essentially a self-certified by the manufacturer but not one that has been formally reviewed for safety or effectiveness. So, I do appreciate the self-certification, but the red flags to get there are the issue for me.Given that there’s FDA guidance from 2024 warning consumers about lidocaine products over 4% (and this contains 13% lidocaine), I find the “FDA compliance” and label to be misleading.Without any way to evaluate safety, effectiveness, and quality other than the manufacturer's word (and with language that should have been clear to establish trust), this is not a product that I feel comfortable recommending in any capacity. Not to mention: the bottle itself appears to contain very little liquid, so I can’t see it lasting many sprays.Hope this helps!

Works well, but a bit pricey, tiny bottle hard to hold
The media could not be loaded. This spray utilizes a lidocaine USP 13% in a tiny spray bottle. The bottle feels almost empty but in fact there are 2.6 ml inside the bottle and using the label which states that it delivers 10 mg per spray and the concentration of lidocaine is 13% I've calculated that there should be approximately 30 sprays in the bottle. So given the size of the bottle they could have put a lot more product in there because they only put 2.6 ml which is basically half of a teaspoon, and extremely tiny amount. But again you'll get about 30 sprays out of a single bottle. The spray is extremely effective at numbing any area that you apply it to just be careful not to overdo it otherwise you might not have Shangri-La till tomorrow 😆

Screaming O's Dynamo Delay Spray is a 13% lidocaine spray. That seems high to me.The bottle is a bit tough to get it into the spray position but I guess that is more of a safety feature.I wasn't ready for 3 sprays of this so I opted for one spray with decent results. There was no burning sensation either like some other brands I've tried. After 10-15 minutes, I was 'Comfortably Numb' and that lasted for a few hours.Made in USA made it easier for me to want to try this brand

Compact Confidence Booster That Delivers
This product exceeded expectations in both performance and convenience. The compact size makes it easy to carry discreetly, and despite its appearance, it delivers impressive results. A little goes a long way—just a couple of sprays are enough, so the bottle lasts much longer than anticipated. The application is straightforward and mess-free, with no lingering discomfort or residue. It’s effective without being intrusive, and the formula works quickly, allowing more control without affecting overall enjoyment. Both partners benefit, which makes this a smart choice for enhancing connection. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the design and quality, and the fact that it's FDA registered offers added peace of mind for those looking to improve their intimate moments with ease and reliability without breaking the bank.

This spray isn't sensitive to your needs
As others have mentioned, the bottle is tiny and the amount of product inside is minuscule. I would be surprised if the bottle I got had the claimed 2.6ml.But let's say the bottle did have 2.6ml in it. You can get 260 sprays of 10mg each from a 2.6 ml bottle. The directions say to spray 3 times on the "head and shaft" but those three sprays (at 10mg each) are not going to cover the needed area (unless you're tiny). To get even coverage I'd say 10 sprays might get the job done. That translates to only 26 sessions max from this bottle. The amount in the bottle may be moot, at least in my case, in that I didn't get any desensitization that would normally come with even a 3% lidocaine cream (which I've used in the past for this purpose). At 13% I should have been totally numb but that didn't happen and the result was premature.
