Good product excellent customer service
Very nice quality and a big shout out to customer support. They were so helpful and you couldn’t get a nicer person on the phone sent me all kinds of how to videos and stayed on the phone till I was able to download them and find them on my iPad….

Decent quality for young riders
This is a well made bicycle. The essential components for hubs brakes and shifter are all high quality. The frame design is also well thought for young riders, enabling easy handling and low center of gravity. My 8 years old is happy. Assembly was easy as can be and there are no missing parts. The fat tires provide good suspension and traction on dirt roads. No need for heavy suspension components. The model decal typography would be my only criticism. I covered it with some tape so that I can sleep better. Lol.

Poor Quality
I started putting the bike together by removing the nuts from the front wheel axle. They were completely stuck. I finally got one loose by holding it in a vice and loosening the opposite side. This only freed one of the nuts. I had to completely remove the axle, hold that in a vice (again) and use a massive amount of force to separate the nut. I started putting the wheel on the front fork, but the fork was completely misaligned. I tried to bend the fork tubes in place so they landed on the axle, but when I did it was so crooked that the brake held the wheel. This was obviously returned. The quality is pretty awful.

Cutest kids bike
The quality is great and how stylish for a children’s bike. I love it! Also was super easy to put together which makes me so much nicer.
