Good and bad
Works well but also found it was giving me cramps and pains every so often, maybe due to how strong they are, i take one every 2 days now, still get the odd cramp but not as much

No instructions in English!!
I haven't really taken these capsules yet after receiving them due to the instructions being in Spanish I.e. Whether to take them before during or after meals. Tried googling but all the same things. Just tried reading about it on amazon including reviews but most of these reviews seem to be the same and posted around the same time, which makes me a little vigilant. I will speak to my Dr before I take this now!

Amazing product

I only have been taking this for the last few days but I've notice a dramatic difference in my bloasting. Within a few hours, I was able to get rid of the undigested stuff that had blocked my digestive pathway in a safe manner without causing any side effects. Ideal for regular bowel movements.
The results are remarkable in just two days. If you've not gone to the toilet for a couple of days, take two night and the next day you will go for sure.
