Love this system! Ease to install, took about 20 minutes with hardware and app setup.I use these locks for my front door and places where I want privacy. Perfect for letting someone in the house or room at any time with the app or adding people to the system with their pass code or biometric fingerprint.The best feeling I get is that I never feel locked out of my house! I have had these locks for years, and I have only had to replace a part on them once in the many years I have owned them. This product is a newer version of the one I had previously. I have had this for months and not an issue at all.I will say, make sure your door is properly working and doesn't stick. This will affect how the lock works. As long as the door can shut properly, you should not have any issues with this locking system. One of the best purchases I have made!

The lock quality is impressive and very sturdy. Installation was easy and fairly quick. App setup was also very easy and worked as expected. I am fairly impressed that the door sensor worked through about 2 to 2.5 inches of door frame. I did initially have issues joining the lock to my TP-Link Deco mesh network, and had to configure my network for 2.4GHz only to get it to connect. Once connected I was able to swap back to Dual band. I also did have issues with the lock staying connected and it would drop off randomly. I placed a customer service ticket and my lock was updated to a new firmware remotely by their tech department which has since solved the issue. I would definitely recommend and purchase another if the style matched my front door. 🙂

No cussing set up. Works and looks great. App does 99% so easy programming and easy set up. Adding users is easy peasy. Im very impressed and happy with my purchase.

Initially, I was going to give this a one star review because I couldn’t get either one of these set up. Come to find out, it was an update for my iOS device. Mohammed @CUSTOMER SERVICE they walked me through step-by-step and it was flawless afterwards. 5 stars and I was not paid for my review

I had to laugh, it took 3 times longer to uninstall the old lock than install the Ultraloc. The Ultraloc is solid no cheap stamped metal. Serious about home security? BUY IT!

I brought this lock back in August for my house and I have went through so many batteries trying to keep it operating. The battery life is horrible, so far i have been through 5 sets of batteries with having to change them every two to three weeks. I turned the WiFi connection off to try to preserve the battery but unfortunately that has not made a significant difference. Without this enable you will lose features such as remote operation and smart home controls such as Alexa. If constantly having to change the batteries is not an issue the lock is okay.We do have some issues most days with the fingerprints recognition so we would have to type in our codes. Other than that it was fairly easy to install and comes with two spare keys if it stops working. I did love that I could unlock the door without even being at home but obviously that was before I had issues with the batteries.For the price of this lock I would not recommend it to others. I wish I wasn’t outside my return window so I could replace it with something else.
