A perfect substitute for salt!
I was so happy to finally find this, Its one of those items I need for basic cooking. I sprinkle it on eggs, salads, sandwiches, and a friend of mine uses when having avocado's. It is really a substitute for salt. So, it is part of the little but wow healthy changes. They have changed its look but still tastes the same. It's a must have if you want to cut on salt intake
