Bright!
I use this with the built-in timer which simulates sunrise - daytime - sunset. This is a really nice light that barely takes up any space. Seems good quality.

Decent light
I have several planted aquariums and this light seems sufficient to keep most of the plants happy. I don’t do anything high tech like dosing CO2, so I also don’t have any high light plants. The timer does okay, but like I’ve found with most of these in line timers is that they tend to slip and eventually they’ll be hours off. But as long as you re set it once in a while they are fine.

Too Bright for 20 High
24hr function is great but too bright. Timer works in lieu but doesn’t do the sunrise/sunset/moonlight. This would work on a 29g but it’s approaching nuclear on my 20g High. I can see the algae grow; would be great for green water
