Fast shipping works well but it was not meant for USA so no way to update.

Does what it is intended to do, but like most of these knock off scan tools, the customer service doesn't exist. Tried both the websites in the manual to download the software update tool, both websites are expired. Found a Launch UK website, they told me they can't help me because its not for their specific region. Nobody knows how to update the tool, and theres zero information online.

I liked the fact it was easy to download the updates once you found the right website. That was a chore, but I don't like the fact they want more money for more testing areas on my Dodge Van. It should all be included in the price.
