Great powerbank, works as advertized.
This is one of those products that you take your chances with and then are happily surprized for getting your money's worth and then some. I bought it for the same reason 1st reviewer did, to charge the laptop and it works great. 20V at 1.5A, 30W is plenty for my XPS. 45W output is for all 3 outputs at the same time, not each port.The 10000 mah 5V 2.4A powerbank that i previously had worked on Yoga 720 8250u, but not on XPS 13 8250u. This powerbank works on both. The considerable weight of it also tells that is not a scam product.Buy it, for the price you can't find better.

PD Output
Bought this particular power bank just for the PD output for a tablet. Works great, it's very flexible (2 USB type A (output), 1 USB type C (input or output), and 1 Micro USB (input). The only thing that would make this perfect would be a digital battery gauge, but I'm not knocking off a star for that since most of them aren't that accurate anyways.
