Firstly, this product has very good overall functionality to get your chicks hatching for a reasonable price ($63.00).Customer service is very good, responding quickly to emails about trouble. The power cable was flimsy at first, but after prompt replacement by seller it worked fine. Smooth operation, easy to setup and run. Watch your chicks hatch in about 21 days. Don't expect the candler to be great, the led lights just aren't strong enough to shine through most eggs.

I purchased this incubator and when it arrived it would not power up, I used my volt/ohm meter to determine the problem was with the faulty power cord. I reached out to the seller and after six days I have yet to get a reply to my request for another power cord.

There were no instructions about how to add the water for humidity, even though a bottle was provided. I finally figured out that there is a small hole on the back side of the incubator to squirt the water in!

The one thing I liked about this incubator was the see-through top, so I could watch my chicks hatch. There were a few things I really didn't like about this product. First, the egg turner is extremely flimsy and goes off its track really easily. Like one other reviewer stated, the chicks can fall through the cracks and land in the bottom of the incubator where you have to unscrew the bottom in order to retrieve them. I had one chick die from being hit by the fan down there. The top of this unit fits very poorly and there are big cracks where heat and humidity can escape. Like I said before, this is not the incubator for quail since the cracks are so large. I will have to gerry-rig this thing for the next hatch to make it work for me.

My incubator came and the motherboard was bad so they sent me a new motherboard i put it together tonight and its working perfectly
