The material is fine, but the NUMBSKULL engineers who designed it did NOT take into account the Installation realities: The ceiling escutcheon has a tiny set-screw that you need to screw down once the escutcheon is flush against the ceiling. HOWEVER, the screw they include is a flat-head type screw--- a very TINY flat-head, one that can only be tightened using a tiny "watchmaker's" screwdriver (such as you'd use to fix electronics). The Problem with that? : with a screwdriver that small, it is practically impossible to put enough force (torque) on the screw, to get it to seat well enough that the escutcheon doesn't just fall down/slide down the pipe. News Flash, Kohler!: that's why set screws are nearly always HEX-type-- so that you can use an L-shaped Allen-wrench, which gives you all the torque you need, no matter how tiny the application. I had a hardware store find me a same-size set screw [Metric-4, fine-thread] , but with a HEX head, and that did the trick. Am happy with the end result, but NOT with the additional TIME I had to spend finding a work-around for this stupid oversight from "the world Leader" in shower fixtures..

It looks very nice, but the threaded ends were machined poorly, so there was excessive amount of Teflon tape,paste and force required to stop it leaking. I feel the quality is poor.

The showerarms (I ordered 2) arrived without the flanges as shown in the image. Now trying to track them down. Plumber has already installed arms so would prefer not to uninstall and return for exchange. Waiting for response.

We had some delays getting our bathroom done. Once we got downrod installed we discovered that it is threaded crooked. Unfortunately now the return window is closed.
