Good Product. Worth the investment.
It's a very heavy bike... nice and sturdy, but a killer to lift!The battery is weak. I know that I'm putting about 50 lbs more on it that it's rated for, but I still think it's weak. Once it hits a flat or a down hill, it scoots, but, even on light inclines, it dogs out very fast. When it must be pedaled, one can use the battery to assist and it DOES help with the pedaling!I like the kick stand setup. It gets the back tire up off the road and locks into position. Nice feature and it works pretty well.It was shipped semi-assembled and was easy to finish the assembly with a few metric tools, two of which came with the bike. Took me about 20 min.

Battery doesn’t work and seller slow response
Bike doesn’t work...battery doesn’t kick it...contacted seller, they said it’s about the fuse, and will ship out new fuse, and been two weeks and haven’t got anything...the user manual also does not match the product

Five stars for honesty, this product is exactly what seller described, nothing less. Don’t buy this if you don’t want to pedal at all. It is a “gentle” workout.

Good choice!!
Got a regular bike time ago. I live in Denver to many Hills, decided to get a electric one, Nakto was my first choice after good reviews from others bikes.i tried Ranger in the snow & wet wheater. rided my bike to work every day 5 miles b,f. I have no problems it all.I recommend to first buyers to educate watching videos how 2 assembly or maintain the bike in good shape.90 % of the bike was assembly. Thank you

The simple things.
Shipped and received the e-bike fairly quickly. Packaging was simple and not foam protected on one side. This caused the bike to almost wear through one side of the box. This was worrying. No issues actually came from that. Assembly was fairly easy. I did have to look for a lose bolt in the box. The front fender is missing washers and proper tools for assembly.I bought this ebike over another highly rated bike that was cheaper. My reasoning for this was the fenders and a headlight. I seen I needed a red tail light and a helmet. So I ordered the two needed items. I am excited to use this bike as fast as possible for work.

Good value
A lot of fun to ride to/from work. Have replaced the crankset, handlebars, racks and many nuts and bolts. Poorly built parts, but sturdy (and HEAVY).
