GARRETT ACE 150 METAL DETECTOR COIN HUNTER PACK

As a first detector, the ace 150 is an excellent product and a great value. I have used this machine a lot and it has held up very weli. It isn't waterproof so you need a cover for the electronics if operating in rain. The depth meter is quite accurate and understanding what metal youre detecting gives a good idea. There is a learning curve on the sounds given from different metals but as with all detectors, understanding them takes time and practice. The hunter package is the way to go because all the basics are there to get started right away. Quality, value , price and great warranty from Garrett you cant go wrong!

bought this for my grandfather's birthday and he loved it, after reading the reviews I also purchased some headphones but when we opened the box the ones in the picture were already there so was able to return the extras

lightweight good detector but should have probably gotten ace 250. No pin pointer for target

Picture shows headphones but no headphones were included with the product. .pretty disappointed

This was a gift for my father. He loves it and cant stop using it! We did a test using different types of metal we saw on a video and just as advertised, it beep different sounds depending on the metal!
