The mat opening fits my 8x10 photo perfectly. The sample photo of a blue flower is so attractive, and matches my home decor, that for a few moments I considered just hanging the sample! I did keep it in the frame behind my photo, for a time when I tire of what I've put in there.The frame's corners fit perfectly, the glass is clean and not chipped, and the frame/mat/glass were packaged inside layers of bubble wrap, an inner cardboard box, and then an outer box from the Amazon warehouse. That worked out very well for the shipping. Five stars.

I ordered 2 of the 11×14 size frames and 1 of the same brand just in a larger 16x20 size. On my original order 2 of the 3 frames came broken and damaged. I ordered replacements and both of those also came broken. The glass was shattered on the large size and the smaller size was cracked at multiple corners. Both were unusable. The frame that was not broken was very pretty and the mat looks nice. I wish these would have worked but after the second return I am not wasting my time to try for a third time. All three are going back for a refund, so I will have a complete set of matching frames from somewhere else.

Really good quality and a fair price. I've purchased maybe 30 different variations from this same company, overall am satisfied. However, each one I've received has some oily residue on both sides of the glass, so there's an added step of having to thoroughly clean each frame inside an out, which is extremely annoying. It's a shame, because otherwise this product is great and framing would be quick otherwise.

I have not hung these...but how awesome it is to get a white frame (4 of them) and they all came packaged very well without any damage or scratches, buffs, or nicks. Usually in the store white frames have some kind of defect. These look great. I love the size and double frame look and matte. I have not used them yet, but I hand held them against the wall and it looks amazing. I want to order some other sizes.

Very unhappy!!!! I ordered this product in late July and decided I needed more so I ordered the EXACT SAME product (went to my prior orders and chose buy again) for the EXACT SAME price. On July 26th it was a set of two, but when I got the new order today which I ordered on Aug 4, it's only one frame. I find this very sketchy business!!!!!

Excellent frame and wonderfully packaged... But it must have been shipped already damaged because when I opened it, I discovered it had a spot where the wood was broken. Not worth the trouble of returning so I guess I will live with it until it bothers me enough to replace it. Otherwise this is an excellent frame. Such a shame.

I am a new watercolor artist and have painted pet portraits for friends. I did not want to spend a lot to frame these paintings, however I wanted to do my art justice and have a matted frame. I have used 3 different Snap frames so far, and am 100% satisfied. The delivery time, the packaging and the quality of the mat and frames is way better than expected. This is my go to for future frames.
