Works great and looks better than the original one. If you accidentally place the original remote into a glass of crown royal peach cause you were talking and not paying attention to placement, you will be ordering a new one too.

I ordered the "New Model 2019 Factory Original BN59-01199F Samsung Replacement TV Remote Control" because the numbers/lettering on the remote that came with our Samsung Smart TV had worn off, making it difficult to use. The remote was delivered quickly. The remote looks EXACTLY like the original remote that came with my TV - button placement, etc. is identical. After putting in batteries I tried it on the TV and it worked perfectly - no programming or anything else required. I then tried the remote on two other Samsung TVs we have - one is also a Smart TV and the other is an older regular flat-screen TV. The remote worked perfectly on both! Highly recommend the remote and the seller!

Worked great if you knew what two buttons to push for 3 seconds. It wasn't easy to find this out and they didn't mention it. I forgot or I'd tell you. I ordered two and they work as one together so we don't need to keep moving it back and forth

I knew what I was buying... but I also knew that the remote stinks. Having buttons be in non-logical locations, sized incorrectly, and a bunch of useless buttons too. While I needed this remote, I still hate it.

Came in 2 days and it works

The remote worked great just like the original
