Can’t notice any effects
I’m not sure these do anything to be honest; I’ve been taking them after receiving advice from a dietician/doctor for OCD etc and they’ve not helped at all (at least I don’t think they have).

It seems OK.
I have only taken it a couple of times. I haven't noticed any difference yetBut it's easy to swallow and has no flavour. So far so good I guess.
