Don’t buy
This is the worse item I have bought through Amazon after using 3 times the seams burst wheat was everywhere. I then put it in a pillow case which is now ruined with brown marks.

Not like the older wheat bags
Not like our old wheat bags. It does not hold the heat, gets moist which you have to let it dry out before use. I do believe that it is filled with wheat.

Many uses for pain relief
Although the wheat bag is large that is useful because you can wrap it around a limb or use it as a warm cushion to ease a sore back or tummy. A really useful help for pain relief

Followed instructions ref heating in the microwave to the point.Still set on fire!Trying to get a refund but really difficult to speak to seller.
