TRC is the best mineral supplement hands down but it tastes terrible so mix it with your favorite juice.Let’s face it, unless you grow your own food in real dirt with organic fertilizer, your grocery store food is just chemicals and poison. Using this for 30.5 years. Finger/toe nails hard as steel. Over time skipped for 90 days couple of times. My hair thinner, finger/toe nails growth area soft (and slower growth). My bone age way better than actual age. This works. I miss the old owner family. This company seems to have carried the torch. Kept the “TRC” in honor of the founder family. Plant processed minerals are the only way humans can truly absorb trace minerals. In the “world that was” the earth had full spectrum minerals. Absorbed, processed by the ancient plants, sealed by God in the time of Cabala, for our use now, a real blessing. It's just the brand name that changed. I called the company and they combined their two brands. I'm very pleased with this product.

I have been using this product for more than five years. I found it here at a good price. I have never had a problem with it and it has been consistent. The flavor is bitter but I am not drinking it for the flavor. I could probably mix something in it to change the taste but it is not that big a deal for me. I pour some in a glass of about eight ounces of water and drink it straight down. I drink another four ounces of water to rinse out my mouth and move on. It has never disturbed my stomach or caused any other ill feelings that I am aware of. I cannot tell you how effective it is but I seem to have pretty good health and I am sixty-six years old, but I take other supplements as well. I attribute most of my good health to vitamin C. I started taking this type product to insure that I am getting minerals in my diet after I found out that minerals in a solid form have a low percentage of absorption.

I took this regularly hoping it would boost my health. I just never felt a difference but I guess it is good for my body.
