This stuff is fantastic. Really happy that I started the meal replacement shakes. I usually make one shake with water about 12 noon. Then I won’t be hungry or even think about food until about 17:00/18:00 at which point I’m ready to have a proper meal or healthy dinner. I’m sure to be losing weight as well if I keep this up. The vanilla flavour tastes delightful and the texture is creamy and almost oaty which I love.

The taste of this is amazing. It's so filling and creamy love it. Vitamins and minerals with an excellent stay fresh bag. So far I've tried this flavour, caramel macchiato, strawberry and cream, and banana 🍌. I must say this Millionaire shortbread is my absolute Favorite 😋 but they are all nice.

First of all this has a strong banana taste which I personally enjoyed but might not be for everyone. Having a shake for lunch I felt full through to tea time so it definitely works.The texture is grainy and does feel a bit like drinking oats. I didn't feel like it was chalky and didn't leave any odd tastes or film in my mouth at all.I used a blender to whizz up the shake and found just mixing with water was sufficient to get a good taste and creaminess, however you could use milk to get some extra protein.This is a great choice for a meal replacement and one pack lasts a week or two depending how many meals you opt to replace making it pretty decent value for money.

Good product, easy to use and drink.

Good quality, keeps me satisfied for a long time. The taste is a little sickening, but not unbearable.

I bought this after finishing a pack of AltraLife meal replacement which I use for breakfasts.My advice would be to spend a bit more and go for the AltraLife. This shake is overwhelmingly bitter, despite having followed the recipe using scales. Blending a banana in took the edge off but it's generally quite unenjoyable to drink.Otherwise, the texture is good and the oaty notes are quite pleasant - it's just a shame how bitter it is.

I use these daily as part of calorie control diet. The taste is excellent, they mix well and good value.

Tasty and keeps the hunger at bay. Is a bit gritty.
