This is one fabulous seat. It’s sturdy as could be, very well made, and quality materials. It’s a true booster, whereas others claim to be a booster, but don’t have the height this one does. My pup wants to stick his head out of the window, and this allows him to. And I don’t worry, because he is safely tethered into the seat, and the seat is teathered down with the seatbelt, and also strapped to the headrest, so I feel like it is very secure. I keep the teather tight so he has to stretch slightly in order to get his body into the window area, but I don’t want the possibility of him being able to fall out…so I love knowing he is safe. It’s easily washable, as well, and has storage pockets. This is a LARGE seat…it takes up half of my back seat, but my boy is 30 lbs (1 yr old), so he needs some space in case he grows even more! Since I purchased it, my pup now stands at my car door, in the garage, and whines to be let into the car….LOL! He wants to go on a ride ALL the time!

I have a 25 lb French bulldog and it’s just the perfect size for him! I set it up in the house and he wanted to use it for a bed immediately! (Look at pictures!) he loves it so much! He loves that he can finally look out the windows and watch everything while I drive! And I love that I can buckle him in it so he’s safe while driving! And I love that it is reversible so during the winter I will change it because he does over heat pretty quickly so that will be nice! And for winter it’s nice and comfy for him! DEFINITELY recommend for anyone who is thinking about getting one!

Purchased this dog bed/car seat for our trip from Florida to North Carolina for Christmas. It worked out perfectly. It sits higher up so they can see out the window and it’s very comfortable and they slept great in it. They are both approximately 12 pounds and they both had plenty of room to stretch out and sleep. Even added some of their favorite toys and blankets to make them more comfortable. It Arrived promptly, easy to set up and very easy to install. Love that the seat is strapped in to the vehicle’s seat, and although it only comes with one dog strap/latch you can purchase more through Amazon, which is what we did, so they were both latched in with their harnesses. We felt this was about as safe and secure as you can get and it definitely gave us peace of mind while we were traveling. Highly recommend.

This is a good seat for my 35-pound Corgi but is quite large so it might not work in every car. We have it belted into the back of our Jeep Grand Cherokee and it is wider than one seat- one person could fit next to it but not two because it does overlap the middle seat. Pros: tall enough so my Corgi can see out window without having to stand on her hind legs, assembles fast, is sturdy and comfortable. Cons: the clip is very small and hard to clip on and off the leash or harness, is very large (if you have a smaller dog, you don’t need this much space) and won’t fit in a front seat unless you have a bench seat. We attached a carabiner to the clip to make it a little longer and easier to use. It is big enough for my “long” dog and she can lay down in it so we’re happy.

**NO INSTRUCTIONS**GREAT car seat for my Shih Tzu!!! I love the size, gives him plenty of room to strength out or curl up in a ball & sleep. Nice soft interior, seems sturdy & it sits up high enough that the Shih Tzu can look out the window. Again, I can't figure out how to anchor the seat down & NO instructions to harness my angel while he is in his car seat. But other than my issue about how to attach the carseat to passenger seat of my car.

Love this! We have a 17 lb Parsons Russell Terrier who is blind and has a lot of mobility limitations. We were using the slings in the backseat for her but they lacked any support for her to keep herself from rolling around while the car was in motion. This gives her more stability and side walls to brace herself into. We used to strap her into a seatbelt but she has to have the the ability to drink and reposition because of her disabilities, so this is the best compromise we have found. We have used it both in the horizontal position as well as long-ways and it works great both ways. We do normally keep her harness on and attached to this unless she starts to get squirrelly and wrap herself up in it (the Waze notifications drive her nuts).We have also taken the bed out and used this as a travel bed for her which I was surprised to see that she was able to scoot herself in and out of on her own.

1st the good- I removed the bed part and put a treat and toy in it. It took about a day, but Phineas really likes his bed and enjoys naps there. He takes his treats and toys to it for safe keeping. He and I travel quite a bit, so I'm thrilled that he is comfortable in the bed. I love the front pockets; they'll be very handy, I'm sure. I also appreciate the extra storage inside the booster. I am counting on some items in there will provide added support. Whether or not it'll work has yet to be determined!Now the bad- there are NO directions included. There are videos of installing the booster from other manufacturers, but not from X-Zone. I'm one who likes to have product specific instructions; there's always some tweaking or a couple of added or unnecessary steps.We head out tomorrow on an 8-hour drive, so I'll post again to let y'all know how it goes!

I ordered this for my dachshund. It sits high enough she can see out the car window and is long enough she can lay down to sleep in it as a bed also. Made well and secures to the card seat to provide a safe way for her to ride when we are traveling. It could hold a larger dog or two smaller ones. I would buy again.
