I loved having some extra screws for my laptop & I did use some & they worked well! I am very happy I got this handy set! They are marked which size they are which I find very helpful! Great little screw set.

I'll probably drop the box and loose half of the screws before I get around to using the other half! But, on the last computer repair, it was perfect. There were quite a few missing screws. This kit had all the weird sizes needed. Good kit for the $$$USD.

So this is useful to adapt to multiple use that require different sizes. I used this for the bottom cover of a laptop and it was easy to find screws for this.Some screws are mixed in different compartments though so it makes it a bit difficult to find the correct screw.

Laptop's bottom case started separating as screws kept falling off. I didn't know the exact size but bought this kit and it fit my no-name laptop! Great price for such a diverse kit. Would be nice if it came with some tool/screwdriver.Note: Be careful of the height of the screw. If it is too short, the head will get ripped off when you screw it in.

I actually just needed one M2 screw to install an NVME ssd. But the price for just a few M2 screws is nearly as much as this collection. I build/enhance/repair enough computers I thought the bigger collection would be handy later (when other tiny screws get lost).But the heads are too small for most computer uses. The smallest washer I had on hand (meant for M3) was just barely small enough to do an ugly kludge of that NVME ssd install. But I shouldn't need a washer at all. The heads of the screws should be slightly wider, like other tiny computer screws.The product description says .14 inches for the head width. I measured with a caliper, and it is a hair under .125; That small difference in size can make a big difference in use.Also, the sizes were in the wrong positions. Other reviews said a rotation or reflection of the bottom label gave the positions, so finding which corner (1,6,7 or 12) held the 2x3 screws should give the whole pattern. But the 2x3 screws were in position 11 and the four corners all had the longest screws (I think those are 2x10, 2x8, 2.5x8 and 3x8).

It is just screws. They are very necessary when you don't have them. Otherwise, you don't miss them. I was replacing the memory of a laptop, and a screw was missing. I replaced it and the owner is happy because his laptop has more memory and all the screws.
