Worked great
Used it on two windows already worked amazing. Only issue we had is the wire broke a lot. But that could me because we have never done it before hard to tell.

Tools are decent for budget price
Not bad for the cost. Big complaint is it did not come in a case just a foam tray. And the wire that comes with that is very very weak and cheap. But I can't complain overall decent value.

Not too solid of a product...
A relatives Toyota Tundra had the back glass get busted during a bad storm. It might have been the adhesive Toyota uses or the blade is made of an inferior metal, but the glass removal blade was bending and getting distorted while using it. It did eventually get the job semi done, but not sure it could handle a second job.
