Q: Would like to discuss postage with seller as want lots of these but it adds same postage for each instead of combinging! Help please!

Why not email the seller and ask for a postage cost for a multiple order? I have done this for different items in the past and got a sensible reply.

Q: Is the overall wire diameter (with green coating) 2mm or is the wire core (before coating) 2mm? I'm trying to compare with similar products.

I’m not sure of the precise measurements but it is very good and strong

Q: Can it be used as trellis against an existing fence?

Yes it can be used as a trellis. My main reason for purchase was to prevent my cat from getting through to next door. I have attached the wire fencing to a hit and miss 6ft wooden fence making sure that the downward wires go in the middle of the gaps to stop my small cat 🐈 going through to next doors garden they have a dog who is not good with cats. It is also useful as a trellis for my climbing roses, sweet peas and clematis. I have had to put a wire above for the taller plants but I would recommend the fence it is strong and good quality I attached it to the fence by using the u shaped staples bought in a pack from Amazon. A tip is to roll out the fence on a drive or lawn and stand on it to make it flat, before trying to install it.

I have measured mine it is 2.14 mm on average including the plastic coating.
