This sheath is very well made. Heavy leather with a nice welt, very well stitched. Excellent in all ways and fairly priced. I’d never tried a dangler before, but now I get it. Get it, you won’t be disappointed.

Worth every penny . Premium leather, stiching materials etc. Made in USA . Classic styling. Don't over think it " Buy it " it's a real nice set up . Just measure your fixxed blade for size in.

Fits
Haven’t taken it camping yet. The fit is goo and secure. I’ll be able sit without the sheath poking into the car seat and chairs the original fixed sheath did.

Great quality sheath and it's nice that it's oiled well. But I'll never be able to get out the fire starter.

Great Quality
I bought this for my TOPS B.O.B. Fieldcraft and it fits perfectly. The kydex sheath that comes with the B.O.B. is nice but the belt clip ended up giving me a hotspot after wearing it for long periods. I could have this sheath on my hip all day with no problems at all and having the dangler puts the knife a little lower than belt height which is perfect for me. The stitching is solid and its made of pretty good quality leather. The brass snaps on the belt loop are a nice touch and make it super easy to get on and off my belt.For the price it can't be beat and comes with a ferro rod and whistle.

First impressions.
Sheath fits Brothers Of Bushcraft (B.O.B.) Fieldcraft knife. Good retention on knife and ferro rod. Not this included the new Ferro rod from TOPS knives not the old 3 rod model (2 magnesium and one ferrocerium rod).Only complaint (s) color is darker than the sales image and the leather stain is rubbing off as shown on the paper towels in my picture. The "D" ring is a bit overbuilt as other sheaths I have of this design have held up well for years with less robust hardware.Overall great sheath in a 8-9 oz leather for bushcrafting.
