I started this supplement to help with conception in combination with CoQ10 and their prenatal. There is really no smell to them which is huge considering some other supplements have a very strong odor. The capsules are a good size that are easy to swallow. I take 2 capsules at night before bed and do not notice any side effects. I love how Needed is committed to using high quality ingredients that are at the optimal dosage. The price reflects the quality which is very important to me. Would recommend to anyone trying to have a baby.

I only took these for a month. I'm not sure if it helped or not. All these vitamins say that they can help support egg quality but if you don't take it for at least three months it's really a waste of time. I think it's expensive.

The product itself worked for me... but don't buy it directly from Amazon if you've decided that you no longer need and it's still unopened. Go directly to their site instead. It's pretty pricey so being out $45 for a bottle of pills you cannot take anymore sucks when IVF is already expensive.

I normally don't write negative reviews but after taking this for 2 days I felt sick to my stomach! Made me feel nauseous and it smelled very fishy. Couldn't take it more than 2 days

This is a great product! It is easy to swallow and doesn’t have a taste or smell. I take 2 every morning before I eat breakfast and don’t seem have any side effects. I highly recommend this product to promote egg quality!
