Fits the bill perfectly
Building a spare tire carrier for a 1969 Land Cruiser, and needed a hinge system. This spindle/hub fits the bill perfectly and is recommended for anyone that is fabricating a tire carrier!

Seriously legit, well-built product
I’m professional welder/fabricator and was looking for this type of swivel for my project. The exact same type of product is sold in many other places or sites but for DOUBLE the price. I’m glad to see the seller offers such a SUPERB product at such an AMAZINGLY reasonable price. Due to price point, I bought two of these to add a dual swing out feature for a rear bumper I’m currently fabricating. They arrived VERY well packaged. The components are expertly machined and look durable AF. I’m excited about installing these in the coming days. I’ve no doubt that these will last an extremely long time and am happy they can be rebuilt easily with new bearings and rubber gaskets when these ever wear out.100% recommend using these for your project if you’re looking for the same thing. You cannot go wrong with these quality built components.

Not rated for big tires
There's quite a bit of flex with a 35" tire, I definitely wouldn't be putting anything bigger than that.I ended up going with the "mega spindle" instead

Weld it where it needs to be, you don't get a second chance.
I added a little for up angle for flex and tacked mine in, checked to make sure it was right. , then sat on the end of a 65 inch piece of 3.5 1/8 wall square tube. Ok, no flex cut the tacks and and used spacers under each end and welded it in. Your metal may flex, but this thing is as close to zero give as you can probably get. It should hold up a 33 inch tire and 5 gallon can without having to pick it up to close it. I think flex will be in the tube only. I am impressed that someone thought this up. I was thinking a trailer axle would be great except for the weight of the hub. And this takes out hub weight. Hope you can weld, when you get this and hold it i your hand, your going to smile. Then hopefully it will dawn on you to use 3.5 tube, not 4. you have to have something to weld to. If you get hole saws, it will be a perfect fit.
