Good for brain development in babies
I bought this product because choline can supposedly makes babies smarter. It tastes like lemons and it’s easy to digest. My baby is ahead of her milestones and has been saying dadada and bababa since she was 3 months old. I don’t know if it’s because of this product but it must’ve did something since most babies start saying that at 7 months.

Supplement your prenatal with this
In doing research on prenatal vitamins, I was shocked that I couldn’t find one that has the recommended amounts of the nutrients I needed, with many not having Choline (or not having nearly enough). I had read to consume 450mg for reference. This supplement provides the right amount and is an easy add to my morning routine. While I don’t love having to take another pill, and the lemon flavor is a bit overpowering for me (kind of like a lemon drop candy), I’m glad I’m able to get all the nutrients my growing baby needs.

GREAT FOR PREGNANT WOMEN!
I took these choline pills during my pregnancy. They don’t really taste like anything but the bottle does have a strong lemon smell due to the essential oil tablet inside. The size of the pills are average and they seem to be made well because I didn’t have any issues with them opening before I got to swallow them. They did give me a bit more energy and they were definitely worth the price.I wish I would’ve started using this product earlier in pregnancy because I could really feel difference when I would forget to take them. I still take them now that I am postpartum.

Lemon
Used these during pregnancy. Had a strong after taste but it’s better than nasty vitamins. These had the lemon flavor.

Disgusting scent
At first I never understood negative reviews about the aggressive lemon smell, but after a few days of taking it I could totally understand it. The smell is unbearable. Day after day I got more and more disgusted by it and realized that I always had a bad burp a few minutes after taking it. Dear moms... really don't do this to yourselves. There are better alternatives.

Wouldn’t buy again
For being a vitamin that will most likely be used by pregnant women, they didn’t really seem to have pregnancy symptoms in mind. I like the quality of this item as it seems they have rigorous standards for the content. However, I have a few complaints that would prevent me from buying again.1. The container is impossible to open. Maybe it’s just my bottle, but it was so hard to open even my husband had trouble. We got it open but now it’s hard to screw the lid on without it going all sideways and getting stuck. A flip top is a way better design.2. The pills are flavored. Very strongly. Of lemon. In general I would think they smell nice, but the scent is SO strong. The smell, on top of the coating of the pills also being sort of salty and lemony makes me gag every time I try and swallow them. Knowing the general pregnancy symptoms for most women, I probably would’ve opted for something unflavored and unscented.3. The cost. These are really expensive. If you use them with the daily recommended dose your whole pregnancy you’re looking at a total of around $270 on just one supplement, not to mention your regular prenatal vitamins. I feel like you can get similar quality with a brand like Nature Made for much less.I’ll finish up this bottle but probably won’t buy again.
