I've been using this for about two weeks now. This has become an essential part of my morning routine. Easy to take, the flavor is sweet and enjoyable, very fruity. Its easy to just take two tablespoons straight, or it would be great mixed in with a smoothie, I've even cut it with soda water to make it into a fruity drink. My skin and hair has never looked better, bright clear skin, my hair is so healthy and shiny.

By accident, I ordered this multi vitamin/hair growth supplement instead of my usual brand…Mary Ruth. I didn’t even notice it wasn’t my intended choice because the packaging is very similar. I only notice after I had already opened it to take my first dose. Immediately after I took my first daily dose I got a headache similar to the kind of headache I get when I consume something with sulfates. The label doesn’t mention this additive. Today I gave it another try thinking that yesterday was a fluke. It wasn’t. Today I got a headache, my scalp felt prickly and my neck was flushed and itched. So I assume I’m sensitive to an ingredient that’s in this $58+ non refundable bottle of liquid vitamins. Something to think about before you order.

This product has been exactly what I needed. I absolutely love that it's vegan and gluten-free. The fact that it's in liquid form makes it easy to consume. I'm also impressed that it's third-party tested. Featuring TocoGaia, a peach mango flavor, and containing methylated B12 & Folate, it's been a smooth and pleasant addition to my active lifestyle. It’s only been 2 weeks. I’d to give it a month. Eager to see growth on the top of my head. I had been wearing a bun. Scratched so I believe that’s how my hair thinned out. I believe it will work for me I’m confident. 💐
