I purchased this bag of farro for a harvest salad recipe. I liked it because unlike other farro products I’ve purchased this one cooked up faster. It cooked up in less than 30 minutes. The farro was reasonably priced, the texture was slightly chewy as expected and it helped my salad be perfectly delicious.

I got hooked on 10-minute farro when I lived in towns with Whole Foods. It’s a quick and nutritious whole grain I like to use instead of rice. Happy to be able to order it from Amazon as I can’t buy it locally.
